Gaza: ‘100,000 hours of isolation’

Report highlights catastrophic consequences of three wars and a decade-long Israeli siege on Gaza Strip.

One in every four Palestinian children in Gaza still needs to receive psychosocial support to overcome the traumatic memories of violence witnessed during the 2014 Gaza war, according to a new report released by the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor and sheds light on the catastrophic consequences of Israel’s blockade and wars on the Gaza Strip.

The report, titled Gaza: 100,000 hours of isolation, taking after the estimated duration of the 11-year long blockade, brings to attention detailed statistics on the humanitarian and economic toll of the siege and war.
